Vivah Maza Refund Policy:

If you have not sent Interests, messages and/or you didn't view, visit a single Profile of another member and/or you didn’t view a single contact of other member and/or if no one other member sent you interests, messages and didn’t view, visit your profile and/or haven’t seen your contact details, we will refund your 25% fee!

In the event of business discontinuity, the vivahmaza.com shall refund 10% of the unused membership fees paid by you, Unused Membership means if you have not sent Interest, messages and you didn't view visit a single Profile of another member and/ or you didn’t view a single contact of other member and/or if no one other member sent you interests, messages and/ or didn’t view, visit your profile and/ or haven’t seen your contact details.

You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by deleting your profile from the vivahmaza.com Site or writing to vivahmaza.com. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you, except where otherwise guaranteed in writing.

For any reason, if vivahmaza.com agrees to refund the amount paid for the subscription, in such an event the amount contributed to any vivahmaza franchise and third party /vendors, etc. shall not be liable for refund.

As per our terms and conditions, you further confirm that you, intend to seek a life partner and that you shall not use this site for casual dating or for any commercial use. You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and use the service in conformity with all applicable laws. If at any time vivahmaza.com is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation, or violated any provisions of the Terms of Use, applicable laws, vivahmza.com reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and/or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fees.

VivahMaza.com may terminate your access to the vivahmaza.com Site and/or your membership for any reason including but not limited to the breach of the terms of use, using the service for commercial purposes, engaging in prohibited or inappropriate communication or activity, by sending notice to you at the email address as provided by you in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to vivahmaza.com. If vivahmaza.com terminates your membership for breach of the terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any Subscription fees, if any, paid by you.

Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on our vivahmaza.com Site. vivahmaza.com reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.

vivahmaza.com owns and retains all proprietary rights in the vivahmaza.com Site and the vivahmaza.com Service. The Site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of vivahmaza.com, and/or its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain such as member profile or for which permission has been obtained from the user, you cannot copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. Any such act or an attempted act on your part shall constitute a violation of this Agreement and your membership is liable to be terminated forthwith by vivahmaza.com without refund of any of your unused Subscription fees. vivahmaza.com reserves the right to take legal action (civil and/or criminal) wherever applicable for any violations.

vivahmaza.com reserves the right to check the authenticity of Content posted on the vivahmaza.com Site. In exercising this right, vivahmaza.com may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the Site. If you fail to produce such evidence to the satisfaction of vivahmaza.com, vivahmaza.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate your Membership without a refund.

As per mentioned in the terms and conditions, the indicative list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the vivahmaza.com Site. vivahmaza.com will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this Agreement, including without limitation, removing the offending communication/Content from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators without a refund.
